Yes. Upgrow Connect runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Choose a plan to continue. If you don’t, the account pauses. New WhatsApp chats are still saved, and everything resumes when you pay.
Do you charge for WhatsApp messages?
No. Meta bills message charges directly to your own WhatsApp Business account. Our plan price is for the software. See how pricing works.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. Connect your number to the API alone, or together with the WhatsApp Business app, so chats keep working on the phone.
Is there auto-debit?
No. You pay for a month or a year at a time and renew yourself. We email you before your plan ends.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes, for every payment. Add your GSTIN in Billing to claim input tax credit.
Can I change my plan later?
